Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Wastewater Treatment Plant Certified Operator.
PA & NJ Licensed Professional Engineer.
Professional experience with Pretreatment Programs (monitoring/regulating industrial wastewater in accordance with Federal Regulations (40 CFR) part 403. Consisting of both private clients and regulatory authority experience.
Experience in other aspects of the regulatory processes.
